Mountain trail right behind the house. 10 min walk to Langevåg city center, from there 7 min speedboat to Ålesund city center. The house was completed in 2019, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, basement living room with TV and PS5, many toys suitable for 5-10 years old if desired and laundry room. Living room and kitchen with a lovely view. Large terrace facing south. Youth groups and parties are not allowed. Suitable for families with children. The space Modern detached house in a child-friendly residential area close to Ålesund, fjords and mountains. Well-equipped, perfect for families with children. Large south-facing terrace. The rooms on the ground floor have a single bed (90x200) with the possibility of a mattress on the floor in addition, i.e. beds for 5 +2 on the floor mattress. We also have a farm jeep that can be rented by appointment. Guest access The entire house, except for two closed-off storage rooms, is available. Please note that this is our daily home and the house will not be emptied of personal belongings. Wardrobes in bedrooms will be available, towels and bed linen can also be used. But various dressers, cabinets and drawers will not be empty. 3 out of 4 bedrooms are children's rooms where children's toys will be available. They can of course be used if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used. Plenty of basic goods are available. You are welcome to use these and replace what you use up. Other things to note Guests must remove bed linen, vacuum and clean up after themselves and leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Otherwise, please agree with us.
