Enjoy a relaxing stay in the quiet neighbourhood of Sai Ying Pun. The flat is Flat is located just 1 minute walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR exit A2 on Des Voeux Road West in Sai Ying Pun. About the flat: It is a 3 bedroom flat, 550 net Sq ft , with elevator, doorman and access code to enter the building Check-in: 3:00PM Check-out: 11:00 AM The space About the amenities : flat is modern renovated and has a common living room area, dining table with chairs, as well as cozy couch. Bathroom: Toilet is with shower box and not a wet shower Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge , kettle, toaster , hot plates for cooking , pans , pots , cutlery , plates , glasses A washer- drying machine is provided About the bedroom: features a small double sized bed ( 42 inch by 6ft), comfy mattress, wardrobe and a desk to work from. Room comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them.. About the roommates: Currently 1 room is vacant. We are looking for one person per room. Existing roommates are late 20s/ early 30s, 2 males working professionals. Other things to note Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning is included during your stay ! Electricity and water bills are shared equally by the number of guests in the flat :) Please provide ID picture after booking confirmation If you stay after 3 pm it results in charging you for a full day stay ! Our minimum stay is 28 days If your booking is for fewer days, a 28-day lease starting from the check-in date will apply. If you check out earlier, we will take back possession of the premises. You are granted a license to occupy the premises during your stay and we have exclusive possession of the premises ( room and common area) at any time.
