The space Fully private guest area downstairs with separate entrance and off-street parking. 1 x large bedroom with a Queen bed. 1 x large bedroom with 2 x King Single beds and 1 x cot. 1 x Private living area with 3 + 1 seater couch and Smart TV. 1 x Private Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooktop, sink, pots and pans, salt). An additional baby crib or a baby bathtub is available on request. Private full bathroom. Private paid laundry (may be shared with hosts for long stays). Wireless internet is provided. Strict House Rules! No Smoking, No Vaping, No Drugs or excessive drinking. Guest access Private entrance to guest suite ... no need to interact with hosts after check in but you are welcome to, we are friendly. Other things to note We have a cat who will come in and out of the cat door occasionally. He is a little bit timid so he will not bother the guests.
