This two-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and a fun game room. Two king beds and two twins sleep everyone comfortably. Parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers. Boat ramps are 2–10 miles away. Bring or rent a boat and book today! The space This is a great home for a family to vacation at!! Guests LOVE it here!! Game Room- Includes arcade games, chess table, board games, card games and more!! WiFi- for those you are not "unplugging" and need access to dependable Wifi you will find the fiber optic speed to handle your needs easily! Fire Pit- grab a drink and marshmallows so you can join around this large firepit to share stories, old memories and make a few new ones! 2 King Beds- The master and the second bedroom have the king beds! You will find such comfort, peace on the memory foam mattresses. Located on the second floor. 2 twin beds- The third bedroom has two great memory foam twin mattresses and is a fav here! Located on the second floor 1 twin in game room. If you need a spot for an additional person, or if someone can't handle the stairs to get to the second floor, this works perfect! Goes from Daybed to sleeping twin size by just climbing in! Kitchen- is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, flatware and utensils, cooking dishes, cookies sheets, crock pot, and so much more! Stocked spices and a sharing cabinet to make your stay a little more special! Dining Area- pull up a chair and sit around this custom-built table!! When you combine an antique door from the 1930's and a couple sewing machine legs you end up with this amazing table the owner built and created just for this home! Main floor half bath- located on the first floor is a beautiful half bath, guests have said this is the most amazing uplifting powder room ever!!! Master ensuite- includes a extra large walk in shower tiled in natural stone colors and very suiting for the space. Second floor Bath- You'll find a beautiful tub/shower combo with an oversized vanity and plenty of fresh natural tone towels for your use! Parking- Located on an acre+ of land, if you are bringing a boat in tow or two you will find this home has room to accommodate that! There are several marinas in the area to choose from for a day in the water boating, fishing and enjoying the land here in beautiful Mississippi! Guest access This home is set up for guest use, everything has been stocked for you to enjoy. There are two housekeeping closets that are marked and are locked, no guest access is allowed. Other things to note I would love you to plan your visit here, guests cherish it here and it's really a wonderful home. This is located just 3 miles from downtown Iuka and is really easy to get to. Being a bit out of town, allows for a very private setting and it's oh so peaceful here! If you have questions just send me a message anytime.
