The main level is the St. Augustine House and upstairs level is the St. Augustine Loft. Both the St. Augustine house and St. Augustine Loft are private living areas with separate keyed entries. ***Access to lower level (St. Augustine House) laundry allowed when the space is not rented*** I am around to help with any questions you may have during your stay! Other things to note Left Garage space included! The house is a duplex, divided into the lower main level St. Augustine House and the upper level St. Augustine Loft. Both apartments have separate living areas, with separate keyed entries. The St. Augustine home is the entire main level, including laundry, 1 garage stall. The St. Augustine Loft is the upstairs apartment, left garage stall. ***The garage stall is not deep. Fits small to mid size vehicles. Feel free to park larger vehicles half in /half out to keep windshield clean. ** The downstairs guest controls the home thermostat. Window ac’s provided in the summer and space heaters provided in the winter to help regulate the temperature. **The space is cooler in the winter. **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. *In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates. **The space is warmer in the summer. 2 window ac’s are provided. No cable tv. Smart tv provided for your own account use. We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay. The stairway is steep and treads are narrow!!!! This is a Catholic/Christian faith based home. All are welcome as you are ❤️!
