There are no common areas that are where’d with other guests, the whole space will be for you and your guests, which will give you a lot of privacy. You will find all the cooking basics so you can prepare your favorite meals. You can also enjoy the wi-fi in the space and acces my Netflix account for your entertainment. In short you will feel at home. Something that locals constantly experience are blackouts, which are becoming more frequent. So that the guest experience is not affected by this problem, we have looked for alternatives to guarantee a reliable backup of energy to the space. We opted to have a solar power backup instead of a gas generator as the latter is very noisy which would inconvenience guests. This system consists of 25 solar panels and 2 Tesla batteries. In addition, the property has a water reserve with a 500-gallon tank. Other things to note 🌟 Tesla SUV Experience (optional): For guests seeking a unique experience, the property offers the possibility of renting a Tesla Model Y directly on-site for $125 per day. This all-electric SUV provides plenty of space, comfort, and performance—perfect for exploring the island with family or friends. Driving electric is not only smoother and quieter but also significantly more efficient and economical than using gasoline, especially with Puerto Rico’s current fuel prices. The vehicle comes fully charged and ready for your adventures. One charge normally lasts for five days stays. Please note: the Tesla must be returned with the battery fully charged. (One charge normally costs $25) Energy used during charging will be billed separately according to actual consumption. This service is completely optional and subject to availability — feel free to inquire before your arrival.
