The space Our newly-built poolside bungalow is situated in a private, gated property, providing a safe place for both you and your car. Our adorable bungalow is beach themed, perfect to get you in the mood for your Southern California visit. Keypad entry makes your stay easy and secure. Our spacious kitchen offers a Keurig coffee maker with reusable pod so you can choose your brew or switch to tea or cocoa, if you prefer. We also offer a drop coffee maker for those who prefer it. Our well-stocked kitchen offers such features as gas range and hood, microwave, pots, pans, bakeware, toaster, dishes, glassware, storage containers, and silverware. An attached bar area with bar stools makes it easy to work or catch a bite, or choose the separate dining table for a bigger meal. Our bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, washcloths, make-up cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Your private bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, crisp sheets, extra pillows and blankets, a full dresser, and a nightstand with USB plugs. For the living area, we provide you with a large-screen TV with streaming services, wi-fi, business/school work space and built-in USB plug, private washer/dryer located conveniently in the unit with detergent pods and dryer sheets provided, a comfortable convertible couch that also sleeps two adults, pool view, and a private porch with outdoor seating and overhead fan.
