Cottage is situated in a private resort on the 16th green of a premier public golf course. 1 bedroom and easily sleeps 4, including a sofa bed. Beautiful backyard includes patio with furniture, outdoor dinning, bbq & fire pit. Easy access to boat launch & wells, outdoor pool & playground. Minutes walk to Parkside Grille 5 star restaurant with lounge and live music. Enjoy scenic ecosystem of river & lake access to boat, fish, paddle on Lake St.Clair. Sandy beach nearby! The space The cottage has a full sized open concept kitchen with everything you need to prepare and eat your meals (food not included). Full size fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Ice cube trays in freezer. Please provide your own soap, tea towels and wash clothes, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. ALL BED LINENS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS, BATH AND POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED! The bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of storage space including a closet with hangers and luggage rack. In the living room you have a pullout couch for additional sleeping space. The washroom has a large standup shower with a shallow tub that is suitable for bathing children. Plenty of counter top and storage space on vanity. You will find a hair dryer in the drawer. Please bring all your own toiletries and towels. Workspace: although we do not have a dedicated computer desk and chair, the kitchen island and wifi have proven to provide a suitable space to do some work from a laptop. Step out of the living room patio doors into your private backyard oasis! Overlooking the 16th hole and surrounded by incredible views of nature. Relax on the cozy patio furniture while sipping a beverage on a warm sunny day. BBQ and propane on deck for grilling and outdoor dinning table and chairs beside. Enjoy a fire around the fire pit, wood not included but can be purchased at the front gate office. Plenty of backyard green space to throw a ball, play a lawn game or let the kids play. Guest access You will be let in at front gate by office, you will find the keys to cottage on site in a lockbox. Other things to note Please note: Office hours are 9:00a.m to4:00p.m. If you plan to check in after these hours, please let host know 2 days in advance so that we can arrange to have a gate card for you at the front gate! POOL IS CLOSED FOR SEASON POOL WILL BE OPEN EARLY JUNE and closes Labour Day. Hours are 10am-8pm.
