Sunset Walk is an easy 10 minute stroll with plenty of shopping and unique restaurants to choose from. Orlando's newest waterpark, Island H2O Live, is right next to Sunset Walk to enjoy on a hot day. It's time to waste away in Margaritaville, and come enjoy a little "Peace of Paradise". Our gorgeous two year old 2 bedroom/2 bath home is located in the gated Cottages of Margaritaville just 5 miles from the Magic Kingdom. Cottages of Margaritaville is a development of unique free standing homes, painted in tropical pastel colors, and reminiscent of turn of the century Key West architecture. Our immaculate cottage sleeps six with a master bedroom with king size bed and En Suite bath on the ground floor with a door leading out to a spacious patio with an inviting hot tub. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and another master king bedroom with private bath upstairs with a door that leads out to a relaxing balcony. Three flat screen smart TV’s with cable and high speed internet are located throughout the unit and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Margaritaville brand frozen margarita mixer, is ready to whip up your favorite concoction on a moments' notice. A washer/dryer is available along with all bathroom necessities, with the exception of personal toiletries.. Sunset Walk, located less than a mile away, is an area of retail shops and numerous unique restaurants with an abundance of free parking. Additionally, it has a candy shop, an ice cream parlor, an arcade, and frequent classic car shows on Saturday nights. It is also an easy 10-15 minute stroll from our cottage along ponds, waterways, and natural habitats for anyone wanting to get in a little extra exercise. or work up an appetite before dinner. Orlando’s newest waterpark, Island H2O Live, is easily within walking distance as well and is located adjacent to Sunset Park. This waterpark offers exciting family fun with cutting edge technology in a completely interactive environment and is a great way to spend a day when not enjoying one of the many theme parks in the area. Come on down and Waste Away in Margaritaville and enjoy our own little  “Peace of Paradise" during your next visit to Orlando. I believe you will love it as we do. Travelling around our area is a breeze. The area is foot friendly as numerous retail stores and restaurants are easily within safe walking distances. Additionally, bicycles are available for rent close to our cottage and two parking spaces are located immediately in front of our home. Our cottage is located in the awesome Margaritaville Resort. There are so many things to do from Sunset Walk with shopping and restaurants to the brand new waterpark all within walking distance.
