Christie Cove Retreat

Set on a quiet cove overlooking calm waters and soaring rock faces, Christie Cove invites you to laze away the afternoons on a sun-warmed dock and listen to the loons calling at dusk. The house is spacious and comfortable, offering both open concept living for family gatherings and cozy nooks and crannies for peaceful hours with a good book or a favourite movie. Come to the lake to relax and enjoy unhurried time with loved ones and make lasting memories of summer living at its best. The space This property offers some of the best lake views anywhere in the area. Wrap-around decks and gently winding stairways lead you down to the lake where docks and water craft await. There is complimentary fishing gear (and PFDs!) in the garage for those who want to get active and lots of places to lounge on the decks and docks for those who prefer a good book with a beverage. Inside, the house has 3 levels with spaces to entertain (bar, pool table, TVs, etc) and spaces to chill (loft, reading nooks, fireplaces). The main level also offers an accessible bedroom and washroom for those who are elderly or mobility impaired. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the furnace room (which is kept locked). The workshop at the top of the driveway is also kept locked and we ask that guests avoid the open storage areas beside the workshop as gardening tools and supplies kept there could cause an injury. Other things to note Our neighbours to either side own dogs, but all are very friendly. If you're bringing your own furry friend with you, you might want to introduce yourselves to Toby (collie/retriever cross) and Misty (poodle) who live in the nearest house to the east. You might also see Christie (Australian shepherd) who lives further away in the house to the west.
