Bedrooms may be 'inner' rooms within the building and escape routes might need occupants to move through other rooms, ie, sitting rooms or down hallways to escape the premises. Please do not book this apartment if you have mobility concerns or other disabilities which may hinder your immediate escape should a fire be detected. Please Note: In view of our commitment to fire safety, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any part of our premises - including bathrooms or beside open windows. We also do not allow guests to bring or use their own electrical equipment (eg. electric heaters, kettles, coffee percolators, electric fans, bbq's, patio heaters etc.) within any of our properties. If you have something you'd like to bring - please ask us first and we may be able to help. Signs are hung at the entrance of your apartment to remind you to be safe at all times. Bins are stored to the rear of the premises. We ask that you please manage your waste responsibly. We ask you not to burn candles, oil burners, or incense sticks within the property, or use and other appliance with an open flame. In case of fire, please exit the building as quickly as possible leaving all personal items behind you. Call 999 and only attempt to extinguish the fire if it is safe to do so.
