Fully stocked kitchen. Full bathroom with most toiletries included. Lots of extra amenities. Sleeps 6. Recommended is no more than 4 adults. 396 sq ft of space on main floor; 140 sq ft in loft. Note that the loft has a 39in ceiling height. Location: Close to some of the best hiking, fishing, waterfalls, and more in the North Georgia Mountains! -The cabin is just 15mins from downtown Helen, GA, 15mins from the beautiful Unicoi State Park, 10mins from downtown Cleveland, GA, and 90 miles from ATL airport. Resort: -The cabin is located within the Mountain Lakes RV Resort which offers fishing (50 acre private lake; no license required), hiking trails, waterfalls, a marina (no gas powered units allowed), horseback riding (for a fee), swimming, waterslides in the summer, putt-putt golf, beach area with a volleyball net, a slide & swim dock & pavilion, a basketball court, multiple picnic areas, playgrounds, a country store, a diner, all within the gated resort of this cozy tiny house! -Canoes, Jon Boats, kayaks, paddle boards available for rental at the lake marina. The pedal boats are free to check out at the security gate. -Golf carts are also available for rent, inquire at the clubhouse. -The clubhouse includes a gorgeous outdoor pool and an indoor pool, a pool table, a ping-pong table, puzzles, board games, a children's play area, a steam room, a sauna, and a fitness center. -Clubhouse is open year round daily from 10am-8pm! Note BEFORE booking: 1) Passes are mandatory with your stay (required by the resort) and must be purchased directly from resort at $8/adult per day, $5/child. 2) Due to resort restrictions, the maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people, this includes children and any day visitors. 3) No pets are allowed. Guest access The entire cabin is accessible to guests. Host is not on-site but is available via text or call for any assistance needed. Other things to note Cleanliness: Cleanliness is of the utmost importance for me and I hold the cleaning staff to the highest of standards. Along with the standard changing of all linens, all quilts and throws are washed and sanitized after each stay. Security: Security is always important to our family when we travel.
