Welcome to Huron Lake Life! Relax and unwind in this completely renovated beachfront house, just steps from Lake Huron. Enjoy fun times and incredible views while experiencing the shoreline of the 3rd largest freshwater lake on Earth. Situated between Port Huron and Lexington, we're a 10-minute drive to restaurants and shops to the south and north. Lakeport State Park is 400' down the beach, and the township park is a 5-minute stroll to the north. Please note this is not a party rental. You’ve got the house to yourselves, along with the living space above the garage and the beach!! You’ll be located at the end of a very quiet road, which means no traffic and a safe space for kids to play. The state park is is just down the beach or a short walk up the hill and down the open path. The view to the south is incredible! Words don’t do it justice, so bring your camera, binoculars, and your bathing suits. We’re always available for questions, concerns, or advice. We live a mile to the north and will be quick to respond if there’s anything we can do to make your stay better. This is a very relaxed, peaceful neighborhood that begins buzzing when the weather turns warm. An enjoyable activity to do in the morning is to take a stroll down the beach and through Lakeport State Park. Here you will experience the sights, smells and sounds of nature.. (and bacon. =) ) Enjoy the freedom of walking the shoreline of the Great Lakes where sea glass, Petosky stone hunting and happiness are popular pursuits. If you’re traveling to Lexington or Port Huron, you’re a 10 minute drive away (north side of Port Huron). You can walk or ride bikes to the state and township parks, a gas station/convenience store, or a local restaurant (Tally Ho). We’ve tried to think of everything when it comes to guest satisfaction.
