There is a fridge, 5 burner gas range and oven, microwave, toaster, BLENDER, crockpot, and a dishwasher. There are pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, strainers, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, spatula, tongs, peeler, pizza cutter, oven mitts, kitchen towels, a can opener, a wine opener, and grill tools. There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, water glasses, wine glasses. Propane grill. Master Bedroom (King) : Enjoy brand new comfortable king Beautyrest Hybrid Plush mattress with plenty of pillows, high quality bedding and linens. Large armoire closet, plenty of hangers, and luggage racks. Ensuite incudes a shower and double sinks. Living & Dinning : You enter the home through the first living room. This room features a comfortable 4 person couch, 2 person love seat with a smart TV. DVD player with DVDs. The Dinning room has an island with bar seating for 4 and table seating for 8. Bathrooms : Master ensuite #1 - Shower, double vanities, and blow dryer. Master ensuite #2 - Shower, double vanities, and blow dryer. Master ensuite #3 - Shower, double vanities, and blow dryer. Half Bathroom - Toilet, vanity, and 8 beach towels. Our friend, Captain Chris, uses the shed under the house. He will never enter the house and will only use the shed during daylight. Pirates Rest is currently for sale, during your stay our Relator may need to show the home. We will work with you and do everything possible to make it painless. Other things to note Video Surveillance: - The Property has security camera, it is face the front yard as you come up the stairs on the deck outside. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
