The cozy apartment is located on the outskirts of the small town of Landau, in a well-kept apartment building. From here, you can quickly get to downtown, the train station or the Queichwiesen. Shopping is within walking distance. The LA OLA leisure pool is very close by. It is lovingly decorated for max. 2 people. The kitchenette is fully equipped: stove with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking. There is a niche for the 140 x 200 cm bed. A small sofa with coffee table for a cozy TV evening is available. There is also a small dining table with two chairs. In the closet there is enough space for the clothes. There you will also find the vacuum cleaner and the clothes rack :-) In front of the balcony there is still a small workplace. The balcony is covered and you can therefore enjoy your breakfast or dinner outdoors even in rainy weather. With a glass of Palatinate wine, you can relax. In the hallway there is a shoe rack and a built-in closet. The shower room, renovated in 2021, also has its entrance there and a washing machine makes many things easier for a longer stay. The apartment has no shared spaces or areas. It is entirely at your disposal. Only the bicycle cellar and the drying room are used by all residents. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the apartment with balcony alone. The drying room and bicycle cellar can also be used. There is a parking space that belongs to the apartment.
