While your unit is entirely private, the laundry area and all outdoor amenities (such as the yard, patio, and hot tubs) are shared with guests staying in other units on the property. Unit #3 is located on the first floor of a multi-unit building and is accessed through the shared front door. Guests should take a straight path forward and turn right to find the door labeled "Unit #3". A spiral staircase leads to the upper units—please be mindful of other guests’ privacy when using shared spaces. Our beautifully decorated first-floor unit ("Sandcastle Way") offers guests access to their own private balcony equipped with a grill, seating area, and patio. Take a dip in our two large-sized hot tubs and enjoy the breathtaking views of the beach from our backyard. We understand that privacy and respect are essential when sharing a rental building, and that's why we ask our guests to be mindful of noise levels and considerate of other guests when using shared areas. Our brand-new oversized washers and dryers are available for all guests to use on the first-floor laundry area. Please note that there is a spiral staircase that leads up to the other units, and while guests are welcome to use it, we kindly ask that they respect the privacy of other guests and refrain from going up the staircase if it ends at another unit's patio. - Pets must be approved before entering the home. There is a $75 cleaning fee for the first pet, and an additional 50% of that fee for each additional pet (up to two more). Please note, additional charges may apply if there's any damage or if pet-related rules are not followed.
