If you smoke you will be kicked out with NO refund and charged a minimum $3,000 fine to fully remediate the unit. &&& Just a friendly reminder, from our team, that PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in this home. As much as I would love to have your sweet companion join you, the condo association forbids any guest pets. So although you may see other pets on the premises, they may belong to an owner. I will also have to charge a minimum of a $300 pet clean fee to professionally rid this home of all dander and pet fur/hair that we find.
