Description
Welcome to Birdie! Experience the peace and quiet of the Texas Hill Country in this 1975 Airstream Argosy. Some say they were the “misfits of Airstreams”. This experience will take you back to a time and place where midcentury modern dreams were made of. When velvet and vinyl were cool and some of the best music of all time was written. The space Birdie is 24ft in length but due to her recent renovations she seems roomier but yet cozy. While you won’t find a television in Birdie, you will be able to enjoy listening to some vinyl, sit on the deck enjoying the hill country stars or just enjoying some peace and quiet with yourself or a loved one. Birdie does not have a TV however there is WIFI. We encourage you to find time to venture into our little quaint towns of Dripping Springs and Wimberly. We can recommend some amazing wineries, breweries and distilleries. If indulging in adult beverages isn’t your thing, we can recommend a couple local swimming holes, hiking and our favorite restaurants. NO pets please, this includes emotional support animals. A few things to know about Birdie prior to booking: - She is a 50 year old, 24 foot Rv. She has a TINY indoor shower (1.5' x 1.5'). We do have an amazing outdoor shower that is very spacious! - The bed in Birdie is in between a full and a queen. It's a queen length and a little wider than a full size width. - The front door is low, watch your head! - Birdie does have a typical RV ceiling AC, which does make a constant noise, think white noise but a little louder. it does blow great cold air! - Birdie does have wifi but does not have a TV. We have a maximum of 2 guests. You are more than welcome to contact us with questions regarding this. We have 2 other cabin that are listed that can accommodate 2 guests as well.
