The on-board gîte (Electric Boat Optional)

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Pleasant and warm, you can enjoy an electric boat ride on the Meuse according to your desires. -> For the rental of the boat, there is an additional charge (70 euros for the duration of your stay) -> Please contact us. Exterior with barbecue, deckchair, forest table. Two parking lots nearby. 1 at 50 m, and 1 at 150 m. Parking is available in front of the building to unload luggage. The space Access is by easement, the entrance on the street side of the building and then you arrive directly in the garden and then you will enter the HOUSE in a veranda-style room. Corridor overlooking kitchen and dining room/living room on the ground floor overlooking the Meuse and access to the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet by stairs (1st floor). Guest access The keys are in a concierge 2 km from the accommodation. The concierge is available 24/7. The pick-up is autonomous, no physical reception. For people coming by train, please contact me, I could drop off the keys near the station. Other things to note Possibility to store bicycles, scooter... (a 10 sqm hut is also available) Possibility to book for the duration of your stay a 5-6 seater electric boat with its oars and motor + life jackets for 70 euros extra. For the summer season only because in winter there is a risk of flooding.
