Quiet Farm Stay - Private King Room near Atlanta

A private room in our home on a quiet 20-acre farm south of Atlanta. Your 256sqft Art Nouveau room has a king bed, a 44-inch Roku Smart TV, a desk, and a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and a full set of dishes. Snacks, coffee and tea stocked for you. Shared kitchen, two bathrooms, free laundry, and a covered porch with a propane fire pit. Outside there are goats, chickens, rabbits and a goose, plus woods and open fields with deer and bald eagles. Quiet country. The space Property Overview: A private room on our 20-acre farm in south metro Atlanta. The 5400sqft house has plenty of shared common space, and the land gives you room to spread out: woods, open fields, and a small homestead farm. The house has a medieval and fantasy feel through the common spaces, with a farm touch, and the flame bulbs along the house and fence make it easy to spot after dark. Quiet country, a short drive from the city. Bedroom: Your 256sqft private room has a king bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress, a 44-inch Roku Smart HD TV, and a glass-top desk with a rolling chair by the window, looking out over the 5-acre side yard. The mini-kitchenette comes stocked with complimentary snacks for morning coffee or a quick bite. Porch: A covered porch with outdoor seating and a table for meals outside. In the evening there's a propane fire pit to gather around. Kitchen: The shared kitchen has two ovens, a glass stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a center island and plenty of counter space. Coffee, tea, a coffee grinder, and a KitchenAid mixer are all there if you need them. Dining Area: A shared dining table next to the kitchen seats four. Bathrooms: Two shared bathrooms: a full bath with a tub-shower combo and a half bath. Farm and Land: The 20 acres mix woods and open fields, with deer and bald eagles around. The homestead farm has goats, rabbits, chickens, and a goose. There's parking for large vehicles, so an RV, car trailer, or boat is no problem. House: The house was built in the '80s and shows some age, but it's clean and comfortable, and we're always working on improvements. Guest access You'll have your own private bedroom plus shared access to the bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, front porch, and front yard. The farm is open too, just with a host along for safety. The storage rooms, living room, other bedrooms, garage, and fenced back yard are off-limits. During your stay We're around if you need us and happy to give recommendations, but we'll also give you your space. You may see us in passing or out tending the animals. We keep in touch through Airbnb messaging and try to answer quickly, so reach out anytime something comes up.
