The flat is on a quiet street and nearby the best cafès, and restaurants in the city and a beautiful park. The tram stops at 150 meters and you can reach National Museum in 9 minutes. This is a good place to feel the positive energy of Vynhorady upscale residential area. We are at your disposal 24/7 to make an enjoyable time in Prague. The space The apartment is on the last floor with an elevator. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed on which 2 people can sleep. We provide you with the following: * fresh bed linens & towels * shower gel, shampoo The apartment is composed by: 1) Bedroom with double bed (premium mattress 160x200), a wardrobe with hangers. A balcony attach to the bedroom. 2) Second bedroom with double bed (premium mattress 140x200) 3) Living room with a sofa that can be converted as a comfortable bed (160x200), dining table for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare your favorite dishes. 4) Bathroom: shower, sink, hairdryer, bathroom cabinet, bidet, and washing machine 5) Huge partial cover terrace were you can enjoy the amazing view of the city while having a BBQ. This is really unique terrace in Vinohrady and you have a lot of privacy. You can also make a grill. There is also a balcony connected to the first bedroom downstairs. Avoid loud noise, unruly behavior, or disturbances, especially in shared spaces. 👥 Guest Policy: The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy limit. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. 🚨 Strict Rules (Penalty: €100 for violations) - Quiet hours after 10:00 PM - No smoking - No parties or events inside the unit 💰 Tourist Tax Notice: A compulsory city tax of 50 CZK per person per night must be paid by guests upon arrival.
