Blue Haven (The Cove A120) is a one bedroom (two beds, one queen, one full) one bathroom condo just across the street from the beach and 0.8 miles West of Highway 59 and the popular "Hangout". This cozy condo is a short 0.3 mile walk from Gulf Shores public beach access with showers, restroom, and boardwalk. Next door is Pier 33 grocery store and West Beach Coffee House. There's also a boat ramp with dock to Little Lagoon for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jet skiing. The space -1 bedroom (1 queen, 1 full) with sliding door for privacy -1 bathroom with shower/tub -1 assigned covered parking spot directly under the condo and right beside the stairs -free guest parking in gravel lot by the boat launch (west end of the property) -Roku TV in living room -TV in bedroom with Roku stick -free Wi-Fi -air purifier -fully stocked kitchen -coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, etc. -dishwasher -washer/dryer combo -iron and ironing board -hair dryer -several bathroom starter items are included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar, hand soap) -dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and two trash bags for each trash can (one in can and one extra) -bath towels, washrags, and bath hand towels (you can use bath towels as beach towels too if you want) -kitchen rags and hand towels -12 quart Igloo cooler (holds 18 cans) -extra pillows and towels are in the bedroom closet -4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 1 wagon, and several beach toys in the bedroom closet (please wash sand off with outdoor shower at The Cove) -outdoor shower close by (base of the stairs across the way leading up to condo) -pool access on same level as condo -boat launch access and dock to Little Lagoon on property -wide sidewalk/walking path/bike trail directly in front of The Cove -public beach access is within walking distance (0.3 miles east with sidewalks and a crosswalk, about a 6-8 minute walk) that has restrooms, showers, and a boardwalk. The main public beach access (by The Hangout) is only 0.7 miles east. A digital parking pass may need to be purchased on site (seasonal) if you are planning to park at the public beach. -Pier 33 grocery store and West Beach Coffee House is next door.
