We are not able to schedule tours of The Barn for prospective wedding couples through Airbnb, but please feel free to reach out directly to schedule your tour! The property managers, Audrey and Matt, live in the carriage house directly to the right of the main house where you will be staying. They are on-site for your convenience and are more than happy to help with any questions or needs you may have during your stay! We also require guests to have at least one positive review on Airbnb from a previous stay. We implement this policy to ensure the safety and respect of our home. We strictly prohibit the organization of unauthorized parties or similar events at the home. Any visitors must be included in your total guest count. In accordance with the local laws and regulations, we only allow 16 people inside the home. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Prior to your stay, we require a list of guests that will be on the property. The property managers, Audrey and Matt, live next door with their young children. Please be respectful with noise levels, especially during the evening hours. Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to play music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed. Music can be played from small portable bluetooth speakers, but we do not allow bluetooth speakers larger than 12 in x 12 in. No partyboxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc. We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home. No smoking or vaping indoors. No pets. No weapons. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property. This is very difficult to clean up. Use of confetti or glitter will result in an additional cleaning fee. The outdoor pool is seasonal. We try to open it as early as possible in May (depending on the weather) and keep it open into early October. The pool temperature is kept at 82 degrees. The hot tub cannot be guaranteed 100% of time as unexpected maintenance issues can occur. We employ a spa tech and do our absolute best to repair parts as quickly as possible. There are many places to park, but please do not park directly in front of the front door to the carriage house where Audrey & Matt live. Please also do not block their cars in.
