A beautiful home in a quaint, peaceful neighborhood that offers comfort and convenience in a central location close to the Boise River Greenbelt. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium, Western Idaho Fairgrounds, public library, movie theater, shopping, restaurants, and craft breweries. This quiet, peaceful home can sleep up to seven guests, and all will enjoy top-quality bed linens and a complimentary coffee bar —only a 20-minutes to downtown Boise/BSU or 30 minutes from the airport. The house is 2,000 square feet and is located in a very quiet neighborhood with only a dozen other homes on the cul-de-sac, so no traffic. The house was built in 2014, and it still feels like a new home! In addition to the well-lit, open plan, beautifully decorated interior living space, there are two covered patios with comfortable seating which are a perfect place to relax and read a book, or sip a beverage, while watching the quail and duck that live in the waterways close by. -Plantation shutters throughout the entire home for privacy. The living room has a gas fireplace and comfortable seating, which includes a leather couch, two armchairs, and two occasional chairs. -Kitchen has all necessary elements of a chef’s kitchen, including Jenn Air stainless steel appliances (gas stove), granite counters, stainless/copper cookware, Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, electric tea kettle, waffle iron, crockpot, toaster, and coffee maker. -Flooring; hardwood throughout the main level, new carpet on the upper level, and all tile bathroom floors. -Dining room: square bar height table that can seat up to 8, (4 chairs, 2 stools, and 2 upholstered kitchen chairs). -Large master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a medium-firm Sterns & Foster mattress. -Master bathroom has a soaker tub, a separate glass shower, and a double vanity. -2 Queen beds with memory foam mattresses in both of the other guest bedrooms. -1 twin bed (convertible ottoman) in the downstairs office/bedroom. -The laundry has a new top-loading stainless steel HE washer and steam dryer. -2 Outdoor patios with Adirondacks and hanging Skychairs. -Outdoor gas grill. -Office desk and comfortable chair. -Parking: One car can be parked in the common area, one in the garage, and one on the shared driveway outside the garage if it’s not blocking the neighbors. The neighborhood is tranquil, and guests can walk to many activities including the beautiful Boise River greenbelt that has 35 miles of paved pathways along the Boise River. The house is within a 1/2 mile of a yoga studio, climbing gym, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. It’s a 20- minute drive to downtown Boise (5 mi), or to raft and paddle board rentals, and within walking distance to local restaurants, the public library, a baseball stadium, and the post office. Local cuisine includes Italian, Greek, Indian, Mexican, American, and several brewpubs. The Valley Ride Transit bus stop is three blocks away by the public library off Glenwood St. Boise has a bike share program called Green Bikes, which can be rented downtown at one of their kiosks. Uber and Lyft charge approx. $12 to go downtown and approx. $20 to get to the airport. If you are towing a trailer or boat, you must find alternate parking. There is a street adjacent to the entrance of our subdivision that can accommodate larger vehicles with trailers.
