This is a duplex not a stand alone home. The other unit is a friendly long term guest. It's a cozy space with a comfortable living room and beds. Kitchen has the amenities you will need. You day time sleepers will love the blackout courtins. The space You walk in the front door to a large living room. In the back is the way in kitchen and laundry room. On the other side to the back is the King size bedroom. The full bath is between the King bedroom and the full bedroom in the front. Guest access Entire unit Other things to note Only a 35 minute drive to Glendale. Guest have access to drawers in both bedrooms and ample closet space. There are extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom.
