Absolutely perfect location for both beaches and town, the house is walking distance to 3 beaches, 300 metres from Tolcarne beach, 5 mins walk to Lusty Glaze and another 5 minutes along the breathtaking seascapes on the west coastal path to Porth beach (my happy place). On the ground floor you will find a light open plan living /dining space, which opens onto a south facing paved patio, with relaxed seating, BBQ, the perfect spot for relaxing with a book or evening drinks. An absolutely perfect location for both beaches and town, the house is walking distance to 3 gorgeous beaches, 300 metres from Tolcarne beach (a great surfing/body boarding beach), 5 mins walk to famous Lusty Glaze and another 5 minutes along the breath-taking seascapes on the west coastal path to Porth beach (my happy place and favourite beach in Cornwall, with the famous Roos Beach shop perfect for a mooch and coffee). All these beaches have fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars. The town is also only a 10-minute walk, meaning you don’t need to get in the car once you arrive, should you not want to. You can even walk to Newquay harbour, across 3 beaches from Tolcarne when the tide is out, for amazing freshly caught seafood and awesome street food at The Boat House. On the first floor, as you arrive on the spacious landing you will find a large bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite as well as a family bathroom and another double bedroom with twin beds which can be made into a double upon request. On the 2nd floor you will find a very spacious double bedroom with a kingside bed and a sofa bed which can also be made into a bed upon request, with a large ensuite. We offer a home from home experience, with all your creature comforts from a SMART TV and Bluetooth speaker, to toys, books and games. As well as travel cot, high chairs, beach pull along etc. all in the house for you to use during your stay. Guests have full use of the house and there is private single parking space which can fit 2 small cars or one large one. Additional parking can be found on the street behind the property or in visitors bays in mews. The train station is only 10 mins walk and the airport only a 15 min drive.
