Hi I’m Simon, this is my stunning sea view escape called Little Norfolk Beach House. It’s a Georgian apartment C1830, located on the iconic Jetty Street, in the beautiful seaside town of Cromer. This romantic hideaway was completely refurbished in 2022 with many of its period features being restored. The apartment bedroom has been cleverly designed as a cosy, nook style cabin king size bed and features a stunning deep cast iron Victorian bath and features an outstanding uninterrupted sea view. The space We are very sympathetic and conscious of his other freehold owners above his flat, therefore this flat is only ideal to couples after a romantic, peaceful break in a perfect location. Sadly sorry no dogs. The apartment has incredible sea views and a bifold door from the kitchen, but please note there is limited access to the garden. The other neighbours have allowed a patio area outside kitchen (with sea views) to be used by the apartment, but there’s no full access to the garden. The interior features stunning art, antiques and furnishings. The bedroom was designed so guests could view the East beach directly from the bed. The kitchen, with mini aga features a bi-fold door that opens to present an uninterrupted sea view. The iconic Cromer Pier and esplanade is just outside the door. Whilst there is no parking, you can drop off bags and park locally for free or 100m away at the local car park with electric charging point. I have a second larger sea view house called Norfolk Beach House located in Mundesley and sleeps 8-14. Guest access Access is via a key box. Other things to note This apartment is ideal for a romantic or luxury quiet break. As we have permanent resident owners above us and on Jetty St, we ask all guests to respect noise levels particularly music levels. There is a small sun trap patio just outside the kitchen doors with bistro table and chairs for guests, but the garden is for residents only please.
