All suites have complete renovations, with unique luxury touches such as custom tile work, granite counters, rainfall shower heads, LVP flooring, soft close drawers, etc. The property also boasts a gated entrance and outdoor security cameras. Each suite has a digital entrance system, smart technology thermostats, dedicated fiber internet, double soundproofing, pre-paid streaming services, full kitchens, and more! The space "Paddington Station" is an XL one bedroom suite that provides all the comforts of a fully furnished home. The railroad-inspired decor creates a warm environment, and our welcome package provides basic essentials to help you transition after a day of travel. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gorgeous cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and all basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Central to the room is a built in custom cafe-style counter space which offers bar seating and multiple outlets/USB ports for your computer or phone. Enjoy the 55" Fire TV© with Bose© sound bar from the comfort of a plush leather recliner with built-in cup holders. When you're ready to wind down, retreat to the bedroom with a king bed, dual nightstands, and a second 55" TV. Heading into the bathroom you'll find a spacious shower and a beautiful, granite-topped vanity. There's a closet for all your clothes, an iron/ironing board, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Paddington Station also offers a 6'x6' private deck on the side entrance, perfect for enjoying the birds on a quiet evening. Guest access Guests will have private access to their own suite. Pineland consists of 6 duplex units within our gated property. This features a front gate, gravel drive access, private porches on most units, and a walking trail/community gazebo.
