Best time of the year is during Christmas season where the place is surrounded with lights and decors all around. The space Tons of natural light pouring in with this bright and spacious 1-bedroom suite unit with nice view balcony has a total area 55 sqm, it's like home and a hotel in one. Fully aircon space with 1 bedroom consist of 2 beds (pullout type) and 1 double size sofa bed in the living room, where you can watch your favorite movies through NETFLIX free of charge. Complete with basic kitchen utensils and appliances like refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, casserole, frying pan, rice cooker where family and friends can enjoy cooking. (No seafood pls check rules on what to cook.) Food deliveries like Food Panda and Grab Food is available. For toilet and bath, hot and cold shower, bidet, dispenser of shampoo and body wash, while dental hygiene (toothbrush and paste) and bath towels comes with 4 pax only, so please bring extra. The scenic green mountain slopes, cold breeze air, howling pine-tress, birds chirping around, and the space makes it perfect for your relaxation that is why I provide comfortable soft, new, clean beds where you would like to sleep all day. Guest access Extra 300 pesos per guest use of outdoor pool daily from 8am to 4pm, except every Tuesdays where in pool is close for cleaning. Other things to note Strictly 3 pm check in, please follow standard procedure specially during holidays, I cannot force earlier guest to leave early and miss cleaning just to accommodate you. Children aged 3 to 12 years old will continue to be counted and charged the same way as adults are. Extra person or excess of 6 pax will be charged 1000 pesos only. Please be HONEST in declaring number of guests. I live in one of the units and an actual headcount will be check inside the room, sorry honest guest but we always experience this kind of problem this force me to raise price. I wanted my unit to be affordable as much as possible to all, but this leaves me no choice, so please tell me the truth. Accommodations will only be provided to guest who are registered, no visitors allowed to stay in the unit.
