Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment from the entrance door onwards, allowing them to fully enjoy privacy and comfort. We only ask for a respectful and proper use of the garden and patio, with particular care for the outdoor furniture (please close the parasol when it is not in use). The entrance is on floor -1, at garden level: from the parking area you need to walk down to the building and then use a flight of stairs. This may feel slightly inconvenient, but it is generally manageable, except for guests with reduced mobility. Other things to note Tourist Tax Regulations – Municipality of Menaggio 1. Amount: €3.00 per person, per night. 2. Exemption: children up to 11 years of age are exempt from payment. 3. Application: the tourist tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
