The space The apartment is located on Calle Daniel Alcides Carrion 194 int # 301, in the heart of downtown, 150 meters from the main square, 100 meters from Metro and Totus and 50 meters from Tambo stores, pharmacy chain (24h), restaurants, commercial stores, etc. The apartment has an area of 115 m2, super spacious, ventilated and comfortable; it has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 full bathrooms, large main room with double bed, large closet, bathroom and Samsung 43" TV; the 2nd room has 3 1/2 square beds, large closet, large and complete private laundry room of 18 m2 located on the roof, 300mgb fiber optic Internet, Iptv TV Channels, Netflix, Disney Plus; fans in each room, safe, iron, sheets and spare pillow. We also have the private service of an external garage outside the Residential Building, exactly 2 blocks from the host, Calle Lapoin or Teatro # 615, managed by Mr. Paul Alemán. Guest access Guests can have all the comforts and services offered by the accommodation, taking the respective precautions and care. If a guest wishes to smoke, they can do so in the private laundry room that we have on the roof. In the kitchen we provide: sugar, salt, oil, condiments, etc. We also added a large tub and clothes hooks, for moving and using it in the wash! We added a BABY BATH TUB.
