This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 7 minute drive to the Holden Beach Bridge, restaurants, activities and public parking at the beach. The space The beautifully decorated family room, kitchen and sunroom features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a beautiful waterway view. On The home offers 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths with a 3rd bunk area (off the 2nd bedroom) including a twin bed & youth bed. Guest access The primary level includes the full upstairs of the home. Renters have private access to this level at all times. The homes lower level is a garage/storage area, that will not be accessible to renters. Homeowner may enter the garage (thru a side separate entrance) to acquire yard maintenance tools or stored supplies. Homeowner, will not enter or have access to the upper level rented space. Other things to note Park in the driveway and walk around to the front of the house (Intercoastal Waterway side) for unloading and enter the front door on the second floor. A digital code for the combination lock on the front door will be provided. This will be your primary entry and exit. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, please park vehicles in the driveway. Per our HOA the community pier, boat dock and boat landing are not included in the rental of this property. If you bring a pet with you to the property, please, please keep your dog(s) on a leash and discard of their waste. This is a curtesy for our neighbors and the requirements of our home owners association.
