2 bedroom unit on lower level of multi-dwelling home. FREE PARKING on private driveway. PRIVATE ENTRANCE w/lockbox. Available bedroom has smart TV w/QUEEN bed, private door lock, key. Smaller bedroom (with totally separate lock & key) is currently occupied by a long term guest with 3 very quiet, extremely clean & friendly cats. The SHARED COMMON SPACES: bathroom, small kitchenette, living room w/sleeper sofa, smart TV, dining table, washer, mini dryer, work desk. WIFI, cable, utilities included. The space This unit includes free laundry, a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, towels & amenities, a work desk, Roku/cable tv & lots of complementary goodies. Before leaving, guests are asked to empty their trash, make sure all of your belongings have been removed including all personal food & beverage items brought with them. The cleaning fee includes light cleaning to address the basic use of the property (i.e. sanitizing, washing linens & overall cleanliness of the unit). An additional cleaning fee will be required for heavily soiled linens &/or fabrics, excessive clutter/trash needing to be removed and a deep cleaning needing to remove strong odors. Guest access This SHARED UNIT is TOTALLY SEPARATE from all other tenants upstairs & you DO NOT share any of your space with them. During your stay If you need help during your stay just message us and we will get back with you as quickly as we can. Other things to note “PLEASE” note that there’s also a $200 pet deposit (per pet). Partial refunds "may be" granted based on the condition of the unit. Exceptions granted on an individual basis. There will be up to a $150 fee (per night) for each unreported or unauthorized guest(s). There may also be an extra $10 fee per person (per guest) on “some” early check in’s or late check outs. “PLEASE” NOTE THAT THE CLEANING FEE IS ONLY FOR MINIMUM CLEANING REQUIRED AFTER CHECK OUT. An additional fee of up to $200.00 may applied based upon severity. "SMOKING" OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN & NOT TOLERATED. Even smoke or residue of smoke on garments of guests &/or their visitors WILL RESULT IN A $200 FEE and possible removal from premises ASAP based upon management discretion.
