Surrounded by tall pines, wildlife, trails, private lake and an 18 hole championship golf course. Only 35 minutes to Yosemite National Park entrance. The house is near Dunn Court beach, the Grill Restaurant, Golf course and short drive to Main Lake Merina. The space The kitchen is equipped with many necessities to cook your favorite meals. You can also grill on the propane BBQ and eat out on the deck. A ping pong table is downstairs in the garage. Feel free to relax and unwind or take advantage of all the things to do including, but not limited to: Yosemite National Park, Pine Mountain Lake, hiking trails, golf course, archery range, fishing, horse back riding, gun range, community pool, ping pong, boat/kayak rentals, tennis, playground, and historic downtown. Sip your coffee on the deck and soak in your surroundings. You will most likely get a visit from the neighborhood deer. After a day of exploring, relax on the reclining couch and turn on the 50'' TV or put on a DVD . Please note there is parking in the back of the house which has level ground to enter the home. Things to know: Central heating and Cooling Free WiFi Full kitchen (Spices, oils, salt, sugar etc.) Dishwasher Cloth Washer and Dryer Private grill Private parking (4 cars should fit combining front and backyard parking) Free Coffee and Tea TV A water taxi shuttle operates between the four lake locations during the summer Guest access association has $50.00 gate access/parking fee per vehicle. This is a one time fee, which we have no control over. The fee pays for unlimited entry/exit during your stay and also provides your guest pass allowing you access to many Pine Mountain Lake amenities including lake access, public swimming pool, golf course, horseback riding, fishing, dog run, hiking trails, tennis courts. Please note that some amenities (e.g., swimming pool, golf, and tennis courts) may require reservations and may have additional fees. In the summer months, a free water taxi takes guests around to different beach destinations around the lake. Other things to note Maximum number of guests (10) is very strictly enforced, regardless of age, as the house cannot accommodate more than 10 guests
