The house is located in the beautiful Southern Palatinate in Hagenbach, right in the border triangle, to Baden and Alsace. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful tiled stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a party room with a bar, billiard table and small lounge for social evenings. Outside, there is a sauna at your disposal. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20. The space The house has a beautiful courtyard with wooden terraces, a water feature, a tarte flambée oven and various seating options. The courtyard is lockable and therefore suitable for safely parking vehicles such as bicycles, motorcycles or cars. A Wallbox is also available, which can be used for charging at €0.50/kWh. Our house offers a varied, exciting and at the same time relaxing vacation in all seasons. True to our motto “Rhine, wine, hiking and well-being,” there should be something for everyone. The Palatinate is known for good food, drink and of course for its hospitality. For the “spring awakening,” there are great cycling and hiking trails in our area, in the Bienwald, Palatinate Forest and Dahner Felsenland. In the spring, the Almond Blossom Festival also takes place in Gimmeldingen, which is always a special event. True to the motto "Bike, Rhine and Wine," there is a wide range of activities in summer. From swimming lakes, swimming pools and beach bars on the Rhine to beautiful bike, motorcycle and hiking tours through the Palatinate, Alsace and the Black Forest. Not to mention the countless wine festivals for which the Palatinate is known. City trips to Speyer or Wissembourg are also worth a trip. In addition, you are in France in ten minutes and thus have the opportunity to discover the beautiful Alsace. In autumn, the area on the Rhine and Palatinate Forest offers an unlimited range of possibilities. If you want to be a little active, there are some castles to discover. For quieter family days, you can visit natural history and aircraft museums or spend an exciting day at the Holidaypark. Winter is perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends. Particularly beautiful are the numerous Christmas markets in the area, which become an unforgettable experience with a cup of mulled wine or a round of ice skating. Various spas and bathing worlds such as Baden-Baden or Dahn can be easily reached by car. In just under an hour you can reach the first ski resorts in the Black Forest.
