Escape to a quiet country 2 bed Cottage

Relax in a very peaceful hamlet with easy access to beautiful walks, in this recently converted guest house. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchenette area and pretty patio which gets the morning sun. This guesthouse is 15 minutes to Canterbury and and 10 mins to the north downs way and nearby Chartham train station. The space The property was converted in March 2020 for additional accommodation should it be required in the future for elderly parents. It is used by our family for holidays but also available for rent. The two bedrooms have a double bed each. One of the rooms can fit a folding single bed and travel cot if required (please request this). We have high chairs on request. The folding single bed is most suitable for a smaller person. Bathroom with large shower upstairs and additional toilet downstairs with washing machine and tumble drier. The toilets are 'high' toilets but there is a stool for children. Guest access The garden is shared with the owners garden but you have your own distinct area and patio with small table and chairs and a large wooden bench seat. There is a chimnea outside and a few logs should you want to have a fire in the evening. There are blankets for outdoor use if it get chilly. Other things to note Due to allergies, we only accept dogs not cats. There is a large parking area and you can bring up to two cars but please let us know in advance. We have an EV charged which can be used by guests and will be charged at cost (evidence from the charging app supplied). Please note that during Bank Holidays and mid-season, we will need a minimum of three night stays. UK school holidays our minimum stay is five nights.
