A mere pass by place just a few years ago, it is now one of the favorites places for many Oporto residents. Only two minutes awai from Batalha Square and Rua Santa Catarina, Poveiros Square connects  Rua Passos Manuel to São Lázaro Promenade. The space Specifically, this SWEET SPOT flat has around 538 sq feet, a living room with a height of almost 11,50 feet, double bed and an extra badroom in a mezzanine with a wrought iron spiral staircase and Vellux window to let in an awesome natural light. It as a fully equipped spare bathroom and a small terrace that overlooks where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or even drink a cocktail in the evening. It has a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, over 140 channels, coffee machine (capsules included) and all that is required for an exceptionally comfortable stay. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern, practical and comfortable decor. As in all UPPERGROUND apartments, daily rate includes amenities , and, regardless of the initial cleaning prior to the entry of our guests, we offer a complete weekly cleaning with a change of towels and bed linen for stays of 1 week or more.
