A calm, private city base in the heart of Birmingham — perfect for conferences, events, gigs and business trips. Enjoy a spacious double room with your own private bathroom, just a short walk to the ICC, Utilita Arena, Symphony Hall, Broad Street and New Street Station. We live onsite and offer a friendly welcome, but guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom for a comfortable, independent stay. The space The room is located on the third floor (stairs only) and includes: • Comfortable double bed with quality cotton linen • Dedicated private workspace with WiFi • Private bathroom with bath and shower • Tea and coffee facilities in the room • Eco-friendly Bodyshop toiletries • Clothes hanging and luggage space Ideal for guests attending multi-day conferences, corporate stays, weekend events or couples exploring the city. Guest access This is our home, and we live onsite. Guests have: • A private bedroom • A private bathroom • Access to a large shared kitchen with breakfast bar • Use of cooking facilities, fridge, freezer and dishwasher • Washing machine available for longer stays After your in-person check-in, you’re unlikely to see us as we have separate living areas, but we’re always available via the app if needed. We are on the 3rd floor, with access via stairs only. Perfect if you like staying in a welcoming home environment rather than a hotel. During your stay - We offer an easy and friendly in person check-in process where we can answer any questions about your stay, and we can welcome you into our home. - Hosts onsite throughout your stay, but unlikely to see us after check-in as we have separate living spaces. - Mobile number can be provided if required, or contact through the Airbnb app. - Contact-free check out. Other things to note ***PARKING*** Parking can be offered at the premises in a secure gated car park for £20 per night booked (for longer stays rates can be negotiated). On street parking outside is available on a first come first served basis and is free after 6pm Mon-Sat and all day Sunday. Between 8am-6pm cost is £5.00 for 4 hours which is also the maximum stay. If you're driving, please note that we are in the Birmingham clean air zone so worth double checking that before you arrive as there may be a charge for your car. ***LONGER STAYS*** We welcome longer bookings and offer discounts for multi-night and extended stays.
