LIVING ROOM: - Large couch - Large 64 inch LG smart TV KITCHEN & DINING: - The kitchen is fully stocked with a Nespresso coffee machine; Nespresso pods; olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, filtered water dispensed from the fridge; outdoor grill and grilling tools. Pots, pans (Gordon Ramsay's hexclad), plates, cups, mugs, utensils. OUTDOOR SPACE: Lush and sunny outdoor backyard includes: - Grill - Dining table - Lounge chairs - Basketball net & basketball - Cornhole - Soft turf which is great to lay down on, do yoga and relax! TONAL provides a great resistance based workout with hundreds of guided classes with ability to lift up to 100lbs per arm. PARKING: - You can park up to 3 cars in the front driveway. Also UBER/Lyft are easily and readily available. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, two ring cameras are present at the entrance. No surveillance is located inside the property. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and backyard.
