Enjoy the View has everything your family needs for that memorable vacation. The beach is less than a minute away either on foot, golf cart or vehicle. The gorgeous open concept great room is perfect for entertaining. The living room has a built in bar with beverage refrigerators. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation (including a regular drip coffee pot), and the large dining table has room for everyone! For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet is available. With over 2300 square feet, Enjoy the View comfortably sleeps 13. The primary suite is located upstairs and has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private deck. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the main floor - the second bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, with a full size trundle, and the fourth bedroom has two queen beds. Underneath the home, there is a great covered area that offers a Tiki bar where you can relax with your family and friends. You'll also find a fish cleaning station and a charcoal grill; and you will love the outdoor shower after a day in the sand and sun. You'll remember every day spent at Enjoy the View! Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
