Laundry Facilities: The laundry room is managed by the HOA (Homeowners Association). In case of any issues or assistance needed with the laundry facilities, guests can seek help from the maintenance room. This provides guests with convenient amenities for their stay, along with support channels for any maintenance-related concerns. If there are any further questions or if additional assistance is needed, please feel free to ask. Other things to note TV Usage: There are two remotes for the TV. First, use the TCL Roku remote to turn on the TV, scroll to the Cable box, and hit enter. Then, you can use the Cisco remote. Cooktop Availability: A cooktop is available under the counter for guests to use during their stay, providing convenience for meal preparation. Parking Pass: Upon check-in, guests should retrieve the parking pass from the room and promptly display it in their vehicle to avoid towing. Only one parking pass is available due to limited parking space. Check-in Procedure: Guests will receive a key code to access the room. There is no formal check-in process; guests can proceed directly to the room, enter the key code, and begin their stay. However, it's essential to display the parking pass after check-in. Parking Pass Return: Guests must return the parking pass to avoid a $25 fee for a replacement. Laundry Room: The laundry room is managed by the HOA, and guests use the machines at their own risk. There may be no control over the operation of the machines or the currency used to operate them. Check-in Deadline: Guests should note that there are no check-ins permitted after 9 PM.
