Full First floor is available to the guests. You will be required to climb 18 easy steps. The space consists of a living room, two bedrooms with attached toilets/bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a cosy dining space, a balcony and a dresser where you will find a clothes closet, iron and ironing board, full length mirror and stand for hanging clothes. A set of Bath and bed linen is provided. However, a change may be arranged in case of longer stays. Toilet essentials like toothpaste and brush, toilet soap, shampoo is placed in the Bathrooms. There is a 42" smart TV in bedroom 1 with TataPlay. Other things to note My place is approx 800 meters from Miramar beach, 3 km from Dona Paola, 500 meters from Mandovi River font promenade and 1 km from Kala Akademi. There are a few good restaurants close by, eg. Mum's Kitchen, Starbucks, Mira Cafe, McDonald's, Frida Cantina, Ritz Classic, Blacksheep Bistro and more.
