A room inside a beautiful apartment located in an elegant and well-served area, a short walk from the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Located in a quiet and peaceful street off Via Gregorio VII. Our crew will be pleased to welcome guests and provide them a memorable experience in the eternal city. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and is completely independent with all necessary comfort. Inside each of the 3 private rooms, there is a cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a hot/cold air conditioner, clean towels and sheets for each guest, a hairdryer and a courtesy kit. The only shared areas are the kitchen with breakfast area and a small waiting room with a comfortable worktop. Near the property, there is a convenient parking lot away from the road for our guests. The property is spread over one floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests who can dispose of all the property’s services. The property's location is very strategic for anyone who wants to reach and enjoy the beauties of the historic center, especially St. Peter's Square and the adjacent areas. We are located 50 meters from the ATAC stop that in 5 minutes reaches Piazza San Pietro and San Pietro station, and in 10 the most important monuments of Rome (for example Colosseum/Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona.) Guest access Guests should feel at home, in respect of a few rules. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area close to all the city's major attractions. Other things to note We warn all our guests about the following local rules stipulated by the city of Rome - Anyone staying in a hotel, bed and breakfast, holiday home, guest house or camp site in Rome is subject to present a passport or ID document for the check-in procedures. --PLEASE NOTE: we only have 2 private parking spaces available, always ask before booking to check availability. Access to the condominium park is guaranteed for the check-in time slot. Any other time must be agreed upon before arrival.
