Spacious 3 BR, 2.5 bath, LR w/six recliners, baby bed, kitchen, dining, laundry, pool, hot tub, & outdoor patio with seating, TV, & pellet grill. Space is set up for up to three families traveling together. No neighbors in sight. We also rent a cabin on our property (Eagle Pines Cabin, sleeps 4). The space The three bedrooms for this rental are named after our three oldest grandchildren. Melanie and Trae's Rooms are upstairs. Melanie's has a king bed and a pull out sofa. Trae's has a queen bed and pull out sofa. There is a full bath upstairs. Clara's Room is on the main floor, it has a queen bed and a crib. There is full bath on the main floor and a half bath in the laundry room. The kitchen seats ten and there is covered patio seating for 11. We have plenty of room for parking. We offer a full coffee bar, Wi-Fi, four TV's, pellet and charcoal grills, and a fire pit. We provide the coffee, pellets, charcoal and firewood. Need something bigger? This would be two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and access to living room, kitchen, laundry room, pool, hot tub, and patio. Sleeps four, plus a baby bed. You would not have access to the upstairs two bedrooms or bathroom. There would be NO ONE ELSE in the house during your rental. It's just a smaller option for two couples or a family of four (or five). This option must inquire first so I can change the nightly price. Guest access You have access to the entire house with the exception of the master bedroom & bath, basement, and office. The pool and hot tub are no longer shared spaces. This rental has exclusive and private use of both the pool and hot tub. Other things to note We do have two dogs, a 5 lb Yorkie & a 90 lb German Shepherd and two cats. They stay in the shop with us but you might meet them during your stay. They love our guests! If you need something bigger, look at Eagles Nest Plus. Same house just adds the master bedroom and bathroom for an additional two guests. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we only ask our guests to leave the house as close to the way you found it as possible, minus normal cleaning. We pride ourselves on a clean home.
