147airbnb is a fully licenced one bedroom flat consisting of a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is situated 1.8 miles from Inverness rail/bus station, 10 miles from the airport and a 5 minute drive from the A9 passing Inverness. There is easy parking on a quiet street at the rear of the flat and also room for one vehicle or motorcycles on the property with a closed gate. Cycles can also be stored securely in a separate building if needed. The space We have listed 1-2 adults (one double bed). There is also a cot with a mattress/sheet and also a high chair. The flat uses gas central heating, the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. Pots, pans, knifes and forks with various other cooking utensils are supplied. The living room has a small dining table with 2-4 chairs, a two seat sofa and TV (wifi inc). The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower. Towels are supplied. Guest access Once guests have accessed the key via a key safe located on the premises, the whole space is for use by the guests only. The key can also be collected from the main building if need be. Other things to note The number of guests cannot be more than the number of guests booked. If a second guest is staying, please check before placing the booking to make sure the second guest has been included. Arrival with failing to do so will lead to having to find alternative accomodation for the second guest. Thank you.
