The standard cancellation fee is $272 per unit on our end (plus any Airbnb fees paid directly by you, which we can't see) until 93 days before arrival to cover non-refundable guest and booking fees charged by the resort. After that the stay is non-refundable, unless you notify us that you want an upgraded cancellation policy prior to booking and pay $57 per unit within 48 hours of booking, in which case the cancellation fee is $329 ($272 + $57) per unit until 72 hours before arrival. Typically Airbnb will refund less than this per their refund policies, and then we will process an additional refund for the difference. Also, please note that this is a timeshare, so room location is not guaranteed until check-in and could be anywhere in the resort. Pictures represent samples of comparable units. The guest listed on the reservation must provide a driver's license or passport to check-in and the minimum age to check-in is 21. With the exception of service animals, no pets are allowed on the resort.
