The house is located in a quiet cul de sac, in convenient walking distance from both railway stations and tram stops. There are also two easily accessible shopping strips with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. With an abundance of natural light and generously sized bedrooms, it is the perfect place for couples, business travelers, and families. The space A modern fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine to help you start the morning, oven, stove, air-fryer, blender, and everything you need for cooking your delicious meals. A beautiful dining area with a table that can comfortably fit 8 people., flows out into the alfresco outdoor deck area, with a BBQ, round dining table, and a sitting area. A spacious living area, where the family can enjoy a relaxing evening, watching a movie (we have Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney+ to choose from), playing board games, or enjoying a book from the great selection in the bookcase. A laundry room with a Bosch washing machine i with laundry detergent and indoor and outdoor washing lines. Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom, with a separate workstation, TV, queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, double sink, and a spacious shower. A separate air-conditioning unit will keep you cool in the hot weather. A second spacious room with a double bed, with an option for an extra trundle bed, a desk/workstation, and a large wardrobe. We would appreciate it if you would respect the house rules and while enjoying the facilities take great care in looking after our belongings and ensure everything is back in its original spot when you leave. Please don’t leave anything of yours behind. Also, keep in mind this is a residential area with young children in neighboring houses, so please keep noise to a minimum and no partying and large gatherings please. Thanks!
