Dishes and utensils, pots and pans, cutting boards and baking sheets, etc. Washer and Dryer for your convenience, ceiling fans and box fans provided for your comfort. 58" TV, bath and kitchen towels, plenty of blankets and bedding. Dining table & Chairs, Bar stools and Island provide a great space for dining comfort. Guest access You have use of the entire private 2nd floor of my home with it's own exterior stairway. It is between 1200-1300 Square Feet. This is the entire upstairs of a 2 story home. The downstairs is another short term rental space. They do not intersect, they have their own private entrances and there is NO WAY to get from one to the other, however if you have a big group and both are available you could accommodate up to 16 people between the 2 spaces. Other things to note The beautiful Sand Dunes public beach on Lake Michigan is only 10 miles away on US Hwy 2.
