Dining table & Chairs, Bar stools and Island provide a great space for dining comfort. Guest access You have use of the entire private 2nd floor of my home with it's own exterior stairway. It is between 1200-1300 Square Feet. Other things to note The beautiful Sand Dunes public beach on Lake Michigan is only 10 miles away on US Hwy 2.
