It comes with body towels, pillows, quilt and clean sheets, plus a closet and mini-split to make your visit more pleasant. 🛏 BED A double bed. 🚽 BATHROOM You'll find shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. 🛋 LIVING ROOM Pleasant stay with SmartTV. 🍽 KITCHEN Simple and functional, you can use the microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and some basic utensils for use during the stay. The sink faucet has a FILTER, so feel free to drink water straight from the tap. 🧺 LAUNDRY Self-service room in the tower's basement. You can find the instructions for the SpeedQueen app to pay and use the equipment directly in the laundry room. Guest access 🔑 PRIVATE LOFT You will have complete privacy during your stay, and the entire apartment at your disposal without sharing it! 👮‍♂️ SECURITY The tower has private security at the front desk and 24/7 parking. 🚘 PARKING The apartment has an exclusive parking space with standard measurements for compact cars; the parking lot is private with an entrance booth. If you bring more cars or large vehicles, there is space on the street. We also have a cleaning service during your stay at an extra cost. 🐶🐱 We love animals, but due to cleaning and furniture care issues, we find it difficult to accept them. Other things to note 🚂 The train tracks are nearby and you can hear their "noise or whistle" in their wake; but don't worry if you're a light sleeper, you'll find earplugs on the property. 📄 The guest will be responsible for reading in detail the check-in instructions for "self check-in", additional we will send reference photos through the chat. 👩‍💻 Our communication is only through the Airbnb chat: we will be available from 8am to 10pm.
