Welcome to your peaceful ocean-side retreat. This beautifully renovated condo gives you direct beach access within visible distance of the Canaveral launches. Three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (2 en suite) that comfortably sleeps 6 maximum. Just a block south of Patrick SFB, with Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier just 10 miles North. ✦ 65" UHD smart TV with cable ✦ Fast wifi ✦ Private balcony ✦ Fully stocked kitchen ✦ Coin operated laundry Currently no pool on the premises. The space IMPORTANT NOTES: repairs are ongoing at the building. During this time only 1 vehicle per unit can be parked on-site. Walk into the classy, updated kitchen with everything you need to eat the way you want...in style! Continue into the main open living space, enjoying the peace and style of this room, which includes a bar and table to eat or work at. Retreat into the large bedrooms with comfortable King beds. Two en suite bathrooms, plus a third full bath. Off the living area is a balcony with patio furniture. (This faces West toward A1a, so NO beach view from the room.) No pets (condo rules). And no accommodation for ESA because the dog run was destroyed by the hurricane and has not yet been rebuilt. Absolutely no parties or smoking, even on the balcony. There is a maximum of six people in the unit. If there are more, the condo charges us a penalty fee of $100 per night, which we will pass on to you. The condo board lives in the building and monitors this closely, so they will know! Guest access Some restaurants within walking distance. Plenty within a short drive. On-site parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Other things to note We have beach towels and chairs available for your use (they are all located in the closet of the second bedroom), as well as a boogie board and other beach items. So you can use what we provide rather than lugging your own!
